Water Plant No. 1 was designed to consist of one 1,500 GPM well, two 420,000-gallon ground storage tanks, three 25,000 hydropneumatic tanks, and four 1,000 GPM booster pumps. Sander Engineering Corporation (“SEC”) designed the facility and provided construction services during construction.
